All returns go through the store that they were purchased. Please contact your retailer for their return policy and assistance.
Purchases through this site are taken on a case by case basis for returns/exchanges. Charges the company incurs for any reason (e.g.: shipping/accepting a product) will be charged to the customer unless it is because of an error by Healing Amber Inc. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and 85% minus charges incurred will be given in store credit.
